Searching for a property to rent can be just as time consuming as purchasing a property. We quickly focus your search and make the process highly efficient ensuring you can concentrate on your life rather than on all the detail involved in renting a property.
Area Orientation and Rental Levels
If you are unfamiliar with areas or types of property available, we can advise which areas/styles would suit you best and within your budget. Our in-depth local knowledge can give you a good understanding of local amenities, schools, and transport etc.
Sourcing and Previewing Properties
Once the brief is finalised, your Search Consultant thoroughly researches the current market and if lead times allow, preview all properties to ensure you only see the best properties available.
Accompanied Tours
Your Search Consultant will handle all the arrangements for a tour of the best properties at a time convenient to you. On average, rental searches take two half-day tours to find an ideal property.
Negotiate and Oversee Tenancy Agreement
Once you have decided on a property, your Search Consultant will negotiate the terms on your behalf. Their aim is to ensure you pay the best price possible and that the property offers all you need. We will over see all the paperwork and liaise between all parties involved.
Retaining Fee
Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search.
Search Length: Up to two days or four half days.
Success Fee
Payable upon signing rental agreement.
